JDM NINJA is an independent community platform for Japanese performance car enthusiasts. We provide editorial content, a community photo feed, comparison tools, market data, buyer's guides and entertainment features such as the Sound Quiz.

We are not affiliated with Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, or any other manufacturer or tuning house mentioned on the site.

When you submit a car photo or any content to the Community page, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to share the photo and information.
• You grant JDM NINJA a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submission on the platform and related promotional channels.
• Your submission is not abusive, illegal, or infringing on anyone's rights.

We reserve the right to remove or hide any submission at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is harassing, hateful, illegal or sexual.
• Impersonate other people or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to scrape, hack, overload or disrupt the platform.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law.

Market values, buyer's guide checklists, scores and any performance figures on JDM NINJA are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Always inspect any vehicle in person and seek qualified professional advice before purchasing.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

All branding, layout, copy and original imagery on JDM NINJA is owned by us or our licensors. Third-party logos, model names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

JDM NINJA displays advertising via Google AdSense. We do not endorse advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
