About the Honda NSX Type S (NC1)

The NSX Type S was the send-off for the second-generation NSX, built in a run of 350 cars and never sold in most markets. Honda raised the twin-turbo hybrid V6 to 600 hp, quickened the turbos, retuned the nine-speed dual-clutch box for faster shifts, and widened the track. It is the version that finally answered the criticism that the NC1 was clinically fast but emotionally quiet.
